We here at MyMusicGig take the protection of your personal data very seriously.

Where ever the MyMusicGig website collects, processes, or uses your personal data, this will take place within the scope of services as offered at our website. We will use any personal data that you disclose to us to provide these services as offered by us on the MyMusicGig website.

If the user’s member account is deleted for any reason, or if any other use of the MyMusicGig services is terminated for any reason, MyMusicGig will take reasonable actions to ensure the user data is deleted from our servers.

You may delete your account at any time. We will not pass on your personal data to third parties unless this is necessary to provide the services offered, or if transmission is otherwise permitted by relevant statutory provisions, or as required by legal authorities. Some of our services require the use of cookies. Cookies are small amounts of data stored on your computer by your web browser. Cookies can be used to store information about your use of our website. Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can adjust your browser to reject cookies or to ask you to confirm first. If you reject cookies, you may not be able to use all of the functions of our website. Our website may use Google AdSense, a web service offered by Google Inc. Please note our services may not be used anonymously, and we also do not allow multiple accounts per person.  This is imperative as this is the only way we can ensure that our terms and conditions are adhered to.
